Das Einzugsgebiet erstreckt sich auf den Landkreis Alt\u00f6tting.<\/p><p>Im Rahmen der ambulanten Versorgung ist es uns wichtig, die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Kundinnen &amp; Kunden zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und soweit wie m\u00f6glich umzusetzen. Hier ist ein intensiver und wertsch\u00e4tzender Umgang f\u00fcr uns eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit.<\/p><p>Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine 24h Rufbereitschaft und k\u00f6nnen somit auch au\u00dferhalb von Versorgungszeiten eine(n) kompetente(n) Ansprechpartner*in in allen Belangen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<\/p><p>Durch erfahrene Mitarbeiter*innen vor Ort verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber die Kompetenz unseren Kundinnen &amp; Kunden vielf\u00e4ltige Unterst\u00fctzung und kompetente Beratung anzubieten, wie zum Beispiel bei der Beantragung von Pflegegeld.<\/p><p>Bei Fragen k\u00f6nnen
