1rem;\">Die Jacob Friedrich Bussereau Stiftung hat den ambulanten Pflegedienst \u201ePflegeteam Hofmark\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; background-color: var( --e-global-color-4066ec1 );\">\u00a0Ende 2017 zun\u00e4chst als Tochtergesellschaft \u00fcbernommen. Seit September 2022 geh\u00f6rt der ambulante Pflegedienst zur JFB-Stiftung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-4066ec1 ); font-size: 1rem;\">Durch die Erweiterung der Stiftung um den Pflegedienst Hofmark kann ein breitgef\u00e4chertes Portfolio f\u00fcr den Landkreis Alt\u00f6tting abgebildet werden. Weitere Bausteine der ad\u00e4quaten Versorgung von Menschen mit Einschr\u00e4nkungen sind die Eingliederungshilfe f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung in Neu\u00f6tting, sowie die Tagespflege f\u00fcr Seniorinnen und Senioren in Alt\u00f6tting\/Neu\u00f6tting und auch die station\u00e4re Versorgung von \u00e4lteren Menschen im St. Klaraheim Alt\u00f6tting.<\/span><\/p><p>Durch diese breite Angebotspalette besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, \u00fcber kurze Wege eine professionelle Beratung und auch eine professionelle Versorgung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-4066ec1 ); font-size: 1rem;\">Die B\u00fcror\u00e4ume mit den Ansprechpartner*innen des Pflegeteams Hofmark befinden sich in der Oberen Hofmark 12, 84543
